We are looking for a Clinical DME Coordinator to oversee Home Durable Medical Equipment Department. Responsible for respiratory product, equipment and devices including concentrators, portable oxygen systems and CPAP .Also responsible for orthotic and home equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs and bathing equipment. Follows up on referrals, maintain accurate records, provide patient education. Develop and maintains a working knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid and insurance regulations. Participates in budget preparation and accreditation

Plans and administers occupational therapy program, to facilitate rehabilitation of mentally or physically
handicapped patients. Plans therapy program according to needs of individual patient. Involves such activities as manual arts and crafts, homemaking skills, and participates in a variety of activities designed to help patients regain physical or mental functioning or adjust to their handicaps. Job Requirements:  Bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy and certification by the Board of Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association or equivalent.


The Patient Financial Services Clerk is responsible for clerical duties in accordance with departmental procedures as well as provides support and assistance to the functions of the department by performing data entry duties, back-up duties of the office and special tasks as assigned. Education:  High School Diploma  Experience:  One year experience in medical setting or office environment, highly-developed clerical skills, good problem solving and analytical abilities, good organization and prioritization skills, dependability, flexibility, and efficiency with a computer. Knowledge & Skills:  Basic computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Outlook, the ability to maintain records, balance books, and general accounting procedures, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, detail oriented. Prefer:  Basic bookkeeping experience, knowledge of hospital operation processes, including registration, cashiering, data entry, working knowledge of healthcare insurance practices and billing, knowledge of health care payer types including Medicare and Medicaid, basic knowledge of medical terminology.  Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure.

Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, evaluates, plans, and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in their facility or home. Technical Skills:  Time Management, Customer Service, PT evaluation, Plan of Care development and implementation, Verbal and Written communication skills, Physical Therapy modalities, Therapeutic exercise and Manual Therapy Skills.  Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT), 2 years of clinical experience with varied patient population preferred, Current MT PT License and CPR Certification.

Performs ultrasound scanning procedures including OB/GYN, Abdomen, Thyroid, Venous Doppler and Carotid Doppler. Reports preliminary findings to the radiologist. Takes anatomical pictures to demonstrate organs and other structures. Job Requirements:  Prefer graduate of an accredited ultrasound program, A.R.D.M.S. or registry eligible.  Needs one to two years to be fully proficient Technical Skills:  Anatomy, Basic Computer skills, Basic knowledge of ultrasound usage
