Our Extended Care facility has openings for C.N.A.’s as a vital contributor to the care of our patients.  Our C.N.A.’s perform routine personal resident care activities to promote comfort, maintain functional ability and contribute to the overall resident care program; all completed under the direction of the resident’s care plan.  We have full-time and part-time positions available.  Job Requirements: Must have current Montana License and BLS certifications-

 

 

DIET AIDE- Part-Time/Full-Time
Under the direction of the dietary supervisor or cook, duties include all activities required for the preparing, serving, and cleaning of patient/resident traysJob Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent.  Minimum of two years of some formal or on the job training in food preparation, cooking, and principles of sanitation and safety preferred.

 

 

 Sleep Lab Technician
The Sleep Lab Technician performs standard Polysomnography procedures on patients in sleep lab, to include preparing patients for tests and observing patients during tests, making treatment decisions including the application and titration of oxygen and/or PAP therapy per department protocol. Works under the general supervision of the clinical director (M.D., D.O., or PhD) or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or patient care and education.” Education/Experience:   High School Diploma or equivalent is required. General knowledge of the specialized field of Polysomnography, EEG Technology, Nursing, Emergency Medical Technologist (EMT), or Respiratory Care, which could be acquired from a two-year program preferred. Three to six months of “Allied Health” experience necessary.  Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography or Respiratory Therapy.

Life Enrichment AideFull Time
Works cooperatively with the Dementia Coordinator and Life Enrichment Manager in organizing, maintaining and conducting a program of meaningful activities, both group and individual, appropriate to the individual needs and interest of each resident.  This position is a member of the multidisciplinary team that provides services and care to residents.
Education/Experience:  High School Diploma

 

 

RN Supervisor
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the ECF Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the extended and the nursing department and their effect on patient care in the department. This is a working position with rotation of holidays and weekends. Education/Experience: Current RN licensure with previous supervisory experience. Five years of clinical experience preferred. Other qualifications/certificate/license:  State of Montana Nursing License

 

 

 

HOMEMAKER POSITION
Work when your needed position for Homemaker to perform routine household tasks in client homes on a scheduled basis.  Required duties include: light housekeeping, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, meal preparation, laundry, and grocery shopping. Must have transportation to to/from client homes, be able to safely operate client-owned machines/equipment and be able to work independently in the home setting. Education/Experience:  Must have experience in home management and performance of household tasks, including the purchasing of food and preparation of meals.  Other qualifications/certificate/license:  Must have current MT state driver’s license and a personal vehicle in good working order.

 

 

Café Cashier-Part Time
The Café Cashier is the main customer service representative for the PMC Café. The Café Cashier is responsible for a wide variety of food service tasks including but not limited to the operation of the cash register, cash accounting with data filing, stocking and keeping inventory of café items, preparation of food, baking, cooking, etc. Cooking and baking duties involve operating commercial and large scale cooking equipment and appliances. The Café Cashier is also responsible for the organization, preparation, and delivery of any catering requests throughout the facility. This position works directly under the cook and dietary supervisor, also conferring with the dietitian regarding café menu development.  Education/Experience:    High school diploma or equivalent with proficiency in counting money and keeping records required

 

 


Cook-Full Time
Cook position is responsible for the preparing and cooking of all meals for patients, employees, and visitors. Working from established recipes and weekly menus, the cook operates commercial and large scale cooking equipment and appliances to meet the needs of all customers being served. As the shift supervisor, the cook is responsible for ensuring all shift tasks are completed in a timely manner. The cook works under direct supervision of the dietary supervisor or dietary manager and confers with the Dietician regarding food needs, modified diets, menu changes, etc.  Education/Experience:  High School Degree or equivalent.  Minimum of two years of some formal or on the job training in food preparation, cooking, and principles of sanitation and safety preferred. Other qualifications/certificate/license:  ServSafe Certification preferred

 

 

 

DME Associate – Full-Time
Performs routine business office duties in accordance with established procedures.  Experience with insurance requirements and payor source reimbursement. Verifies Insurance eligibility and proper documentation for new patient referrals.  Responsible for billing of services. Understand basic medical terminology. Under supervision of manager, assists with patient orders for new supplies and equipment which will require delivery of durable medical equipment.  Education/Experience:  High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.  Minimum of one to two years of medical work experience with coding and billing exposure preferred.  Experience or training with computer software programs. Fitness Specialist-Full-Time
Performs Wellness Center functions to facilitate member’s fitness. Participates in process of assisting members and provide exercise specialty classes.  Education/Experience:  High degree of knowledge in fitness, strength training, flexibility, cardio, & balance activities, along with interpersonal skills, anatomy, & medical terminology. The ability to obtain a Wellness Coach Certificate within first six months of employment

 

 

Home Health Associate Part Time
Associate will do general office duties. Must be computer literate and work with deadlines as well as work with a variety of departments/clients to coordinate services, visit, charge sheets, progress notes and physician orders. Completes monthly and annual statistical report of home health agency visits and home maker reports for the North Central Area Agency on Aging. Encodes and transmits OASIS documentation per federal regulations. Education/Experience High School graduate or equivalent. Previous office experience in a health care delivery setting; familiar with accounting procedures is preferred.

R.N. - Home Health- Part- Time
Our home health department is looking for a Registered Nurse and under the general supervision of HH nurse manager, performs diversified clinical duties by providing skilled nursing   care to acutely or chronically ill patients in their homes. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nursing degree in required; Two years’ acute care nursing experience is required. Must possess current state nursing license and current CPR certification.  Must have current MT state driver’s license and a personal vehicle in good working order.

 

 


PHYSICAL THERAPIST POSITION FOR HOME HEALTH-IN GLACIER COUNTY
Part-time Home Health Physical Therapist (P.T.) to assume responsibility for the provision of skilled Physical Therapy services under a physician’s Plan of Care in the homes of Glacier County residents. Must have good assessment and teaching skills, the ability to implement in-home therapy treatments with accurate, timely documentation, and regularly evaluate the Plan of Care to achieve positive patient outcomes.  The P.T. will be accountable to the Home Health Manager but works cooperatively with all providers and disciplines and is responsible for the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants in directing the P.T. treatment program.  Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Montana.   Technical Skills:  Time Management, Customer Service, PT evaluation, Plan of Care development and implementation, Verbal and Written communication skills, Physical Therapy modalities, Therapeutic exercise and Manual Therapy Skills.  Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT), 2 years of clinical experience with varied patient population preferred, Current MT PT License and CPR Certification.

 

 

WARD CLERK- ACUTE-WWYN
The ward clerk/CNA through communication, requisitioning and management of supplies and equipment, assists the activities of the nursing staff, the patient, the physician, other hospital departments and visitors. He/she performs general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit. Participates in assigned patient care duties.  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have current Montana C.N.A. License or obtain within 6 months of hire date and BLS required.

 

 

 

RN/LPN Restorative Position

Under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, Extended Care, coordinates and performs quality projects, analyzes department needs, supervises restorative staff,coordinates restorative program through interdisciplinary team approach. Acts as liaison/advocate for residents. Supervises and participates in the activities of the Extended Care Department to assure the deliverance of quality care, promotion of comfort, maintenance of functional abilities and respect for resident’s dignity. Will be a supplemental instructor to the CNA program, offers educational in services and performs skills teaching to nursing staff and CNAs. Education/Experience:  Current Nurse license for the State of Montana. Attends continuing education programs in order to maintain licensure .Demonstrated proficiency in nursing, knowledge and skills
