Job Description: Under the general direction and supervision of the Life Enrichment Manager, coordinates the Special care Unit workflow and activities for all shifts. The Dementia Program Coordinator works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team to oversee and supervise all aspects of care/programming for the dementia resident. Participates in care plans and staff meetings... Ensures appropriate documentation is initiated and maintained throughout the resident’s stay. The Dementia Program Coordinator organizes, maintains and conducts an ongoing program of meaningful group and individual activities for the residents of the Special Care Unit. Job Requirements: Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting. Job Description: Responsible for implementation of marketing programs including external and internal communications, patient satisfaction, monitoring and advertising. Works closely with management, physicians and employees to identify marketing needs, target audiences and design marketing plans. Manages administrative office for the Foundation, including triage of information, public contact, files, schedules and meeting coordination. This position supports the development, maintenance and preparation of the following:  database standards and procedures; biographical data maintenance; maintenance of the integrity of the databases via regular maintenance and data cleaning; gift and pledge processing; acknowledgements, receipts and pledge reminders; donor recognition systems tracking and maintenance; donor/prospect research and tracking; all reporting functions; mailings and solicitations.  This position supports all development initiatives such as Small Grant Writing, Annual Campaigns, Major Gift Campaigns, Planned & Deferred Gifts, Special Gifts Initiatives, Fundraising Events, etc. This position will be a liaison with the Corporate Accounting Department in reconciliation of donor and accounting records.  This position will provide support and participate in various capacities at special events.  This position includes close contact with Board of Directors, donors, volunteers, community leaders and staff at various levels. Job Description: We have an immediate opening in our Emergency Room Department for a caring and dedicated NP.  We have 4 (24hr) shifts in a 2 week pay period and rotate weekends.  Performs physical examinations, orders lab work and x-ray examinations according to physician guidelines .Performs other diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as determined by protocol. May prescribe medications. Maintains appropriate records. Makes referrals as appropriate. Job Description: Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, evaluates, plans, and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in their facility or home. Job Description: Under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, is continuously responsible for managing The Respiratory Care Department, including planning, organizing, directing and supervising department functions, activities, and employees. The Respiratory Care Manager has primary responsibility for budget development and monitoring, provides input for compensation decisions, development of new programs or initiatives, policy and procedure development and/or revision, hiring, training, retention, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions for employees and contractors working in the department.  Provides direct patient care customary to staff therapists as required, including bedside pulmonary function testing.  Additionally does outpatient testing, sleep studies and EKG dept. is also managed by cardiopulmonary manager, EKG’s, and outpatient cardiac monitors.  Job Requirements:Equivalent to an Associate’s degree from accredited school of respiratory therapy with RRT credentials from NBRC.  Minimum of two (2) year’s experience. 


Job Description:  Under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Rural Health Clinic is responsible for the supervision of employees within the Rural Health Clinic; provides staff scheduling; works with employees to resolve complaints and issues; customer/resident/patient complaints resolution; and work assignments. The Director of Rural Health Clinic will participate in the budgeting process, hiring activities, orientation of new employees, and write performance evaluations of employees. Supervises and instructs all employees responsible for the delivery of Clinic services. Job Requirements:  Bachelor of Science of Nursing or equivalent and experience in clinic or office environment required. Minimum of three years of clinic or clerical experience is required with supervisory experience.  Must have a current MT Nursing license and C.P.R. certification
