Physician Assistant (PA) – F/T. If you’re ready to join an energetic and exciting environment where you can make a difference in someone’s life then Pondera Medical Center is for you!  We have an immediate opening in our Emergency Department for a caring and dedicated PA. Competitive Pay-Covers 24hrs and rotates weekends.

Clinic Family Physician- F/T - Enjoy the benefits of having beautiful Glacier National Park within a short drive! Located along the scenic Rocky Mountain front and an hour north of Great Falls, MT, is Conrad, MT, small town community values, and living at its best. Conrad offers affordable living, friendly community, and plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities. Pondera Medical Center, a modern Critical Access Hospital, has an immediate need for a Family Practice Physician to work at our 20-bed acute hospital, rural health clinic, and 59-bed extended care facility. Our full service hospital provides many progressive services including emergency services, visiting specialists & surgery, radiology, Home Health & DME, cardiac rehab, and an on-site wellness center. You would be joining three (2) other cohesive Family Practice Physicians and (2) Physician Assistants in a hospital based rural health clinic practice. Benefits include a four (4) day workweek, 1:4 call & back up call in ER, modern renovated clinic, excellent salary & production bonuses, relocation assistance, great benefits, 30 paid days off, CME allowance, loan repayment, and much more!. Physical Therapy- P/T- Pondera Medical Center has a PT position opening in our fast growing Physical Therapy Department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional patient care qualities. Good customer services and communication skills are necessary. This P/T position offers competitive wages DOE and excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid leave, employee discounts, and more.


Cook- P/T- Under the supervision of the dietary supervisor is responsible for the preparation and presentation of food for patient/residents, employees, guests and special functions.  Assists in overall sanitation of kitchen equipment:  And acts as a shift supervisor in the absence of other supervisory staff

Charge Master Coordinator-FT (Mon-Fri. 8am-5pm)- Our accounting department is opening a new position for Charge Master Coordinator this person under the supervision of the Director of Finance would be responsible for submitting COMP data claims, creating and up-keeping the facility Charge Master, maintaining the Business Office CPSI system tables, and providing employee accesses to various databases necessary for accomplishing duties.  And will be responsible for any special projects and assigned duties.  Experience with CPSI preferred and 3-5 year’s experience in hospital/clinic revenue cycles.

Reimbursement Analyst- F/T, M-F 8am-5pm.  The Reimbursement Analyst performs a variety of third-party reimbursement services.  Negotiates, develops and implements contractual agreements with third-party payers, monitors third-party payments; performs payment audits to identify incorrectly paid accounts; analyze, research, recommend and implement actions to be taken on variances from expected payments in order to optimize reimbursements and enhance contract management; these are just a few of the duties.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent, Minimum of two years’ experience in a hospital setting with regulatory and cost reporting experience preferred, Experience with hospital, nursing home, RHC and CAH reimbursement and cost reporting preferred, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel.  Hourly rate dependent on skills and experience.

C.N.A/ Ward Clerk-Acute  F/T (Evening Shift)- with possible rotating weekends. Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or GED & Current C.N.A. license, previous clerical or healthcare experience, computer and medical terminology knowledge, and strong customer service and communication skills. This position works closely with physicians and nurses to coordinate health care for inpatients and ER patients. Duties include managing patient records and information, transcribing physician orders, facilitating patients receiving diagnostic tests, supportive duties in answering phones, registering patients for services and inventory management, responds to alarm systems, activates trauma call system and works with all departments in the facility.


Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) – Extended Care.  P/T or F/T.  Sign-on bonus offered. Our Extended Care facility has openings for CNA’s as a vital contributor to the care of our patients.  Our CNA’s perform routine personal resident care activities to promote comfort, maintain functional ability and contribute to the overall resident care program; all completed under the direction of the resident’s care plan.
