Our Extended Care facility has openings for C.N.A.’s as a vital contributor to the care of our patients.  Our C.N.A.’s perform routine personal resident care activities to promote comfort, maintain functional ability and contribute to the overall resident care program; all completed under the direction of the resident’s care plan.  We have full-time and part-time positions available.

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT)- PRN
Job Summary: Performs specialized life sustaining procedures in a hospital-based advanced care ambulance service.  Responsible for providing immediate emergency care and transport for the critically ill or injured under the direction of medical control physician. Responsible for responding to requests by the nursing staff or physician staff to assist with ALS interventions and to assist with emergency cares within the emergency department according to protocols and polices approved by the hospital and emergency department medical director, and hospital policy. Performs other duties related to the provision of care as assigned after appropriate training. Education/Experience:  One year of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician preferred License & Certification Required:  Current state EMP–M registration; Current certification in CPR, American Heart Association Course C or American Red Cross CPR for the professional rescuer; Must be licensed driver.

Plans therapy program according to needs of individual patient. Education:  High School Diploma Experience & Knowledge:  One year experience in insurance billing and collection, working knowledge of patient and insurance billing and collection procedures, patient registration, cashiering, charging, and strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing regulations.
